Pakistan handed over Border Security Force (BSF) jawan Purnam Kumar Shaw to India at the Attari-Wagah border on May 14, 21 days after he was apprehended near the Punjab border while on duty. Shaw was part of the 'Kisan Guard' protecting farmers and accidentally crossed into Pakistan. He was taken for a medical check-up and debriefing upon his return.
