💨 Abstract
Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the importance of public participation in eliminating tuberculosis (TB) during a high-level review meeting on the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP). He commended the early detection and treatment efforts in 2024 and advocated for nationwide scaling. Modi highlighted the success of the 100-day TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, which screened 12.97 crore individuals and detected 7.19 lakh cases.
