💨 Abstract
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has ordered an additional compensation of Rs 25 lakh for each victim of the Pollachi sexual assault case. This follows a court's conviction of nine men and a directed compensation of Rs 85 lakh. The government praised the victims' courage and the probe committee's cooperation. The state has also highlighted its pro-women initiatives.
