💨 Abstract

Schools in five Punjab districts bordering Pakistan reopened on Wednesday, six days after being closed due to a military standoff between India and Pakistan. The state government initially ordered a three-day closure of academic institutions. Schools in most districts reopened on Monday, but those in the border districts remained shut until Wednesday. The districts affected include Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Pathankot, Fazilka, and Ferozepur.
