The Delhi government is planning improvements to major monuments such as the Red Fort, Lotus Temple, and Qutub Minar. The initiative includes installing street furniture, clearing encroachments, and enhancing walkability to make these sites more welcoming and accessible to tourists. Delhi Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra highlighted plans for a city branding campaign and a talent hunt competition to engage youth. The government aims to highlight Delhi's 174 heritage sites, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites, to boost tourism.
