đź’¨ Abstract
A five-year-old girl in Maharashtra's Beed district, who was kept tied in a cow shed by her father and had minimal human interaction, was rescued about 18 months ago by a woman. The girl struggled with communication, making it difficult for the rescuer to care for her. After being handed over to an orphanage in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, which lacked facilities for girls, the "Damini" police team intervened.
