💨 Abstract
A Mumbai court issued a bailable warrant against Maharashtra minister Nitesh Rane for failing to appear in a defamation case filed by Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut. This is the second warrant in a month for Rane, who was accused of making defamatory remarks against Raut in 2023. The court adjourned the matter to June 2.
