đź’¨ Abstract
The Supreme Court has criticized the lack of proper communication between the prosecution and the government counsel in criminal cases in Telangana, stating it as a default situation. The court asked the state's DGP to address this issue and plug the communication gaps. The DGP accepted lapses on the part of police officials and promised corrective action. The state government counsel also apologized for the communication gap, promising it wouldn't happen again.
