đź’¨ Abstract
The Central Delhi District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has ordered a travel and tour company, Bunk Tribe Private Limited, to refund Rs 3.25 lakh to senior citizen Anjani V Raghavan and pay a fine of Rs 25,000 for causing mental distress. The order follows Raghavan's complaint about the company's failure to refund the amount for a cancelled tour and travel package in 2021.
