💨 Abstract

The Gangotri and Yamunotri temples in Uttarkashi, part of the Char Dham in the Garhwal Himalayas, will close for the winter season on November 2 and 3 respectively. After their closure, the idols of Goddess Ganga and Yamuna will be taken to Mukhba and Kharsali villages respectively for worship during the winter season.
