💨 Abstract

A 45-year-old man in Dehradun was sentenced to 30 years in prison and fined Rs 1.25 lakh for raping his three minor children—two daughters aged 15 and 13, and a 10-year-old son. The man, a Nepalese laborer, lived alone with his children after his wife left due to his alcohol abuse and domestic violence.
