💨 Abstract
The water level of the Lower Bhavani Project (LBP) Reservoir in Erode, Tamil Nadu, is rapidly rising due to heavy rain in the Nilgiris district. Inflow reached 4,792 cusecs by Sunday morning, with the water level at 70.38 feet and storage at 11.11 tmc feet. The LBP dam supports irrigation for over 3 lakh acres in Erode and nearby districts.
