In Darbhanga, Bihar, Rahul Gandhi, the Congress leader, vowed to continue advocating for reservation in private educational institutions. He accused the government of discriminating against Dalits, backward classes, minorities, and Adivasis. Gandhi also called for a nationwide caste census, modeling after Telangana's approach. Despite facing resistance from Bihar Police, he spoke at the Ambedkar Hostel, asserting the support of the country's youth.
