Bibek Debroy, a distinguished economist and Sanskritist, was known for his balanced approach to neo-classical economics while embracing eclectic paradigms. He wrote humorous limericks for Mint and translated the Mahabharata into English. His translation of the epic allowed readers to fully experience the text, for which they are eternally grateful for.
