💨 Abstract
In August 2019, India revoked Article 370, ending Jammu and Kashmir's autonomous status and integrating it into the national mainstream. Pakistan threatened to counter India's steps, but its narrative fell on deaf ears globally, particularly in the Islamic world, with Saudi Arabia and the UAE expressing support for India's move. This was a significant blow to Pakistan's long-standing conflict with India over Kashmir.
