💨 Abstract
Lenovo, the world's largest PC maker, will diversify its supply chain and open more manufacturing facilities outside China due to global geopolitical uncertainty. The company currently has most of its plants in China, creating potential vulnerability under threats of 60% tariffs by the U.S. President-elect. Lenovo aims to mitigate these risks by having a more diversified manufacturing base and sourcing strategy, as well as balanced regional revenue streams.
