💨 Abstract
Starting April 1, 2025, marine fuel suppliers at Singapore, the world's largest bunker hub, will be mandated to provide digital bunkering services and issue electronic delivery notes. This move aims to streamline ship fueling processes, reduce fraud risk, and save approximately 40,000 man-days annually. Singapore will be the first port globally to implement digital bunkering at scale for all operations.
