Thomson Reuters has announced the sale of its FindLaw business to Internet Brands. FindLaw offers online legal information and resources, but has lagged in growth compared to other parts of Thomson Reuters' legal business, including WestLaw and Practical Law. The deal, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close in the fourth quarter. Internet Brands owns several online businesses, including WebMD, Medscape, and CarsDirect.
