India and ASEAN nations have called for effective implementation of the Declaration on the Conduct of the Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) and an early conclusion of the Code of Conduct (COC) in accordance with international law. They aim to strengthen cooperation in defense and security, maritime security, counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, and humanitarian assistance through joint exercises and initiatives.
