💨 Abstract
Indian climber Rakesh Bishnoi from Rajasthan died after summiting Mt. Lhotse, the world's fourth highest mountain. He died at Yellow Band near Camp IV on his descent. Bishnoi had abandoned his attempt to climb Mt. Everest and switched to Lhotse. Additionally, Romanian videographer Zsolt Vago died while attempting Lhotse, and earlier this month, two climbers—a Filipino and an Indian—died attempting Mt. Everest.
