In a recent cabinet reshuffle in Canada, Prime Minister Mark Carney appointed two Indo-Canadians, Anita Anand and Maninder Sidhu, to key positions. Anand, previously the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry, was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Sidhu, the new Minister of International Trade, emphasized his goals to diversify trade and create jobs. Both expressed honor and gratitude for their new roles.
