Spain has ruled out a cyberattack as the cause of the recent power outage that affected Spain and Portugal. The energy minister stated, after investigations, there were no indications of a cyberattack on the grid operator. Previously, the prime minister had mentioned the possibility of a cyberattack being the cause.
