Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed solidarity with Nepal after a massive disaster resulting from heavy flooding and landslides that claimed over 236 lives. Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava, stated that India stands in solidarity with Nepal and is ready to provide assistance for relief and reconstruction efforts. The Nepalese government is providing emergency relief materials and free medical treatment to affected individuals.
