💨 Abstract
In Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), over 5,000 ad-hoc government employees have been protesting for a week, demanding permanent employment status. They've been serving since 1992 without permanent appointments, despite Pakistan's federal government regularizing employees in other regions. The PoJK government's inaction has caused widespread frustration and mental distress among the employees.
