In the Russian-backed region of Abkhazia, a truck rammed parliament gates on Friday during protests against an investment agreement with Moscow. The agreement, feared to price locals out of the property market, was set to be ratified by lawmakers. Clashes resulted in two injuries, and protesters attempted to force entry into the parliament building.
