💨 Abstract
Russia's embassy in Norway announced a reduction of its consular staff to two diplomats, in response to a demand from Norwegian authorities. This reduction will result in a decrease in consular services. Norway had expelled 15 Russian embassy officials in April 2022, alleging they were intelligence officers. The Russian embassy described Norway's move as "unfriendly." The Norwegian foreign ministry declined to comment on the current situation.
