đź’¨ Abstract
Four Russian and Belarusian nationals, including Maxim Shugalei, a sociologist linked to the late head of Russia's Wagner Group, were released from detention in Chad and returned to Moscow. Their detention was reportedly linked to their association with Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of the Wagner Group, and allegations of disinformation campaigns and attempts to manipulate elections.
