💨 Abstract
The Syrian army launched strikes in Aleppo, ordering residents to evacuate due to clashes with the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Over 13,500 civilians, mostly women and children, have fled. The SDF accused Damascus-aligned factions of targeting civilians, which the Kurdistan Regional Government's Prime Minister Masrour Barzani described as ethnic cleansing.
