💨 Abstract
Thailand released 18 Cambodian soldiers detained since July, following a renewed ceasefire to end a border conflict. The ceasefire, effective since Saturday, halted 20 days of fighting that resulted in at least 101 deaths and displaced over half a million people. The soldiers were initially due to be returned on Tuesday but the process was delayed due to alleged ceasefire breaches. Cambodia denied these allegations.
