đź’¨ Abstract
Ukraine conducted drone attacks on Moscow, western Russia, and annexed Crimea, injuring one civilian near Moscow. Russia's air defenses reportedly destroyed 27 drones. The attacks followed Russia's accusation that Ukraine tried to strike President Putin's residence, which Ukraine denied. There were no immediate reports of significant damage. Separately, a power outage affected about 100,000 residents outside Moscow due to a technical fault, with no evidence linking it to the attacks.
