💨 Abstract

Ukraine plans to organize a peace summit by the end of the year, inviting Russia to attend. However, Ukraine will not engage in direct bilateral talks with Russia at the meeting. The summit aims to create a list of steps for a fair peace in Ukraine, with third parties involved in the negotiations. Turkey, due to its experience in mediating conflicts, is expected to be an important attendee.
