đź’¨ Abstract
Ukrainian officials are working to restore power after Russian strikes caused near-total blackouts in two southeastern regions. The attacks, part of Moscow's intensified campaign on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, left over 1 million consumers without heat and water in Dnipropetrovsk and caused a total blackout in Zaporizhzhia. Repairs are ongoing, but the disruptions come as Ukraine faces a cold snap, which could exacerbate power and heating issues.
