In Washington, DC, over 200 South Asians gathered for a Navratri event and showed support for Kamala Harris's presidential campaign. Ajay Bhutoria, a community leader, urged attendees to take action, register voters, and volunteer for Harris's election. He called the upcoming election "the most important" and stated that the South Asian community can have a significant impact on the election's outcome, particularly in battleground states.
