💨 Abstract

In Paiporta, Spain, vigilante groups have formed to patrol the streets due to perceived inadequate police response and widespread robberies after the worst flood disaster in decades. These groups, including young volunteers, are armed with sticks and patrolling the area where over 60 of the 217 victims died.
