💨 Abstract
The Society for Animals in Distress (SAID) is celebrating its 67th anniversary with a festival called Fur-tober Fest. Founded in 1958, SAID provides veterinary care to animals in low-income communities in Johannesburg. The event, scheduled for October 26, 2025, will feature a market, food, music, kids' activities, and a calendar launch. It is dog-friendly, and entry is via a monetary donation.
