💨 Abstract
Blake Lively has withdrawn her emotional distress claims against Justin Baldoni ahead of their March 2026 trial. Initially, Lively accused Baldoni of creating a toxic work environment during the filming of "It Ends With Us." After Baldoni's legal team requested access to her medical and therapy records, Lively decided to withdraw the claims. Baldoni, however, insists the claims be dismissed "with prejudice" to prevent future attempts.
