💨 Abstract
South African Minister of Sport, Gayton McKenzie, explained the delay in establishing the Joslin Smith Foundation. McKenzie, who promised to dedicate his ministerial salary to the foundation, announced the name was already registered and the holder sought business opportunities. The foundation aims to raise awareness about missing children. The delay was also attributed to wanting to ensure the foundation is established correctly.
