💨 Abstract

A hiker in Cecelia Forest was rescued after becoming unconscious and unresponsive due to substance use. Wilderness Search and Rescue (WSAR) teams responded to a call and found a 20-year-old hiker who had consumed substances with a friend, leading to disorientation. The hiker was safely escorted to an ambulance. WSAR emphasized the dangers of hiking under the influence, stressing the need for sobriety in challenging environments.
