💨 Abstract
The Competition Commission of South Africa has approved the sale of two shopping centers: the Chatsworth Centre in KwaZulu-Natal and the E’Mhluzi Mall in Mpumalanga. The Chatsworth Centre, a major retail hub with 150 stores and over 1.1 million monthly visitors, will be acquired by Vukile Property Fund.
