💨 Abstract
The Tshwane SPCA is investigating a man after a video surfaced showing him threatening to beat his dog. The clip, shared widely on X, captures the man's profanity-laced outburst, stating he will beat the dog again. Animal welfare advocates have expressed concern and the SPCA has reminded the public that animal abuse can result in fines, imprisonment, or denial of animal ownership under the Animals Protection Act.
