In Tshwane, Operation Shanela resulted in the arrest of 328 suspects across various precincts. Key arrests included individuals linked to gender-based violence, murder, and drug dealing. Additionally, 47 undocumented foreign nationals were detained at a roadblock. Six second-hand goods dealers were fined for Act violations. Notable arrests included a 35-year-old man for illegal mining and a 33-year-old for dealing in illicit gold.
