💨 Abstract
Fake e-hailing drivers are targeting tourists at Cape Town International Airport, charging exorbitant fares of up to R25,000 for a single trip. These scammers pose as legitimate drivers, complete with reflective vests and fake IDs. The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has warned travelers about this scam, but many warning signs have been removed by the scammers.
