The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has announced the dates for the 2025 tax season, which will start on July 21, 2025, for most individual taxpayers, and close on October 20, 2025. Provisional taxpayers and trusts will have until January 19, 2026. Auto-assessments are scheduled to begin from July 7, 2025.
