The South African Cabinet has approved a bill to limit the employment of foreign nationals and boost local jobs. The proposed legislation will set quotas for foreign workers in key sectors like agriculture, tourism, and construction. Additionally, the Cabinet approved the National Labour Migration Policy White Paper, which includes measures to restrict business visas and prevent foreign nationals from establishing small enterprises in specific economic areas.
