💨 Abstract
The eThekwini Municipality has closed three more Durban beaches due to poor water quality ahead of the school holidays. The closed beaches are not specified but join Winkelspruit and Reunion beaches. Eighteen beaches remain open for swimming between 06:00 and 18:30. Additionally, 40 public pools are open with varying hours. The municipality will update the status as conditions change.
