đź’¨ Abstract
Four South Africans were arrested for allegedly setting fire to the Germiston Home Affairs office during a protest against evictions in Pharoe Park. The fire, reportedly started by a petrol bomb, spread from a nearby block of flats. Home Affairs Minister Leon Schreiber confirmed the arrests and stated that the department is collecting evidence to press criminal charges. Mobile offices have been deployed to maintain services in the area.
