đ¨ Abstract
From today, South African motorists will see a decrease in fuel prices due to a stronger rand and lower international oil prices in October. Petrol prices dropped by 51 cents per litre, and diesel prices fell by 19 to 21 cents per litre. This reduction, driven by a stable rand and softer oil market, offers relief to consumers ahead of the festive season. However, global market volatility could affect December's fuel prices.
