đź’¨ Abstract
In Qumbu, Eastern Cape, two men, aged 32 and 33, were arrested for kidnapping two individuals, resulting in one fatality. The suspects, Tembalethu Ncudu and Sifiso Nene, allegedly abducted the victims after accusing them of theft. The first victim, aged 20, was found injured and hospitalized. The second victim, aged 22, was found deceased with his limbs bound.
