💨 Abstract
The Western Cape introduced a digital learner’s licence testing system to reduce waiting times and corruption. The system, launched at the Beaufort West Driving Licence Testing Centre, features a touchscreen interface for instant scoring, biometric logins, and multilingual support. It ensures tamper-proof tests and maintains functionality during power outages. This initiative aims to enhance road safety and equity in accessing driver's licenses.
