💨 Abstract
Three suspects were killed by police after a failed cash-in-transit heist in Durban, South Africa. The suspects used explosives to try and open the vehicle but failed, then opened fire on the community, killing a bystander and wounding a child. The police responded with fatal force during separate confrontations. The incident occurred on May 29, 2025.
